SHIPMENT

  • All Products are subject to availability. We process orders from Mon-Sat. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. In case of COD, we charge Rs. 150 per item.
  • Once the order is placed, please allow 3-5 working days to dispatch your order.
  • Once the order is processed you will receive regular notifications updating about your order.
  • Customers will receive the order within 14 days from ordering.

    Although we do not provide return services, basiq strives to provide you with a seamless and exceptional experience. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange to ensure that you receive the high standards of quality that you've come to expect from us.

    Are there any shipping charges?

    Shipping is free for all prepaid orders. We charge an additional amount of Rs. 150/ per item on COD orders.

    How do I return a damaged/ incorrect item?

    In case you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/video of the item. To process an exchange, send us an email at support@shopbasiq.in or whatsapp us on +91-9625365025 our client services team will confirm your exchange request via email.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    All products are subject to availability. You may cancel/ edit your order before the item(s) are dispatched. Please notify us on email support@shopbasiq.in or whatsapp on (+91-9625365025)

    How do I track my order?

    You will have received a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, please click the link in your email to track your order. If this doesn’t work for you then please contact support@shopbasiq.in

    What are your accepted methods of payment?

    We accept payments through Debit and Credit Cards, wallets, UPI and net banking through a secure online server. All the orders are processed through a secured checkout system. We also offer Cash on Delivery, at an additional charge of Rs. 150 per item. Bank transfers are accepted upon special requests.
