SHIPMENT

• All Products are subject to availability. We process orders from Mon-Sat. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. In case of COD, we charge Rs. 150 per item.
• Once the order is placed, please allow 3-5 working days to dispatch your order.
• Once the order is processed you will receive regular notifications updating about your order.
• Customers will receive the order within 14 days from ordering.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Although we do not provide return services, basiq strives to provide you with a seamless and exceptional experience. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange to ensure that you receive the high standards of quality that you've come to expect from us.

To process an exchange, send us an email at support@shopbasiq.in or whatsapp us on +91-9625365025 our client services team will confirm your exchange request via email. Exchange requests are only considered if sent within (7) days of delivery.
